This is a Fisher Price Little People Play Family Sesame Street Clubhouse #937. This is a vintage toy originally made in 1977 and yet this set is still in excellent condition! The lithos have no tears or bubbling and the tire swing is intact and unbroken. Those are the two most common condition issues for this Fisher Price play set. Turn the crank and the crows nest turns and the little people move across the walkway at top of building. This is a very interactive toy and will keep your children or grandchildren entertained for endless hours. Let your children enjoy the same toys that you played with when you were growing up. All of the plastic little people are in excellent condition. The very hard to find Roosevelt Franklin and Grover are included! All pieces are perfect. The box is in fair condition as could be expected for a play set that is over 40 years old. Three flaps of the box have been taped with some wrinkles and paper missing. You will not be disappointed with this set though. It is in excellent condition and ready to be played with!
